It depends on which print method is used.
Direct To Garment (DTG)/Direct To Film (DTF): Bitmap files are acceptable. PNG's with transparent backgrounds are preferred.
Heat Press Vinyl: Vector files are preferred. High resolution bitmap files may be usable. Low resolution bitmaps are fine if print is just square/circle and printed with existing colours inside. (Ex. A photograph or a square print with a white background)
Embroidery: Bitmap files are acceptable.
Silk Screen: Vector files are highly preferred. High resolution bitmaps may be usable.
Vector File: This file format has tangible objects that can be edited and manipulated.
Common File Formats: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, CDR
Bitmap File: This file format is a cluster of pixels/dots that have their own colour. Altogether, they make an image.
Common File Formats: PNG, JPG, PSD
NOTE: Resaving a bitmap file in a designing software or changing the file extension only changes it's file name. The file does not become a vector.
If file resolution is not quality for printing, we can vectorize them for a small fee.
In-Stock Garments: If we have your desired garment(s) in stock or bring your own in (1-20pcs & 1 print location), they should be ready the same or next day. Additional print locations and higher quantities will require our team more time to print.
To-Order Garments: We place most of our orders with our suppliers on Mondays-Wednesdays and we expect them in the next day. Once garments are in, production time is as stated above.
As much as we'd like to provide a standard cost for everything, it depends on multiple factors: the size and complexity of your design, number of colours, how many different locations of print, and the type of garment. We're happy to provide you with a price estimate here or feel free to ask us directly!
Yes you can! We just need to verify if we can print on your garment according to print method needed.
There is no minimum on prints. From 1 to 1000 shirts, we're able to print your stuff with most of our printing methods. Silk Screen printing has a minimum of 50pcs.
As our top priority is quality, all of our print methods are durable and can withstand several years and dozens of washes.
We recommend flipping clothes inside out to prolong print life when machine washing and drying. This is because hot metals from other clothing - zippers, for example, may cause damage to prints while in the dryer.
Vectorizing is the process of taking a bitmap artwork and recreating it into a vector file. We can do this for you upon request for an additional fee.
Digitizing a file is necessary for embroidery, creating a stitch pattern for separate colours. This lets the embroidery machine know where to stitch.
